What story telling method appeals to you most, and why?
How do you prefer to have a story told to you (TV, movie, stage, book, anything else you can think of)? Why do you like this method best?
I think my favorite is comic strips. Every installment of those little cartoon people’s lives leaves you waiting till the next day for another scene. Having to wait so long for such a small piece of the story everytime makes it feel more rewarding than being handed an hour of plot once a week on TV or moving the story forward in a book at your own pace.

What is the story involving someone imagining the leaves floating by in a creek to be little boats?
It was a story someone very special read to me a long time ago.
A person sits beside a creek daydreaming, imagining the leaves that float by are little boats. I believe it was a short story, but cannot be sure.
