Can you give me some writing tips?

Everytime I write, it seems too unrealistic. It seems too scripted, I want it to seem more real.

What helps me with this problem is thinking of everyday life. You should know and be interested in whatever you’re writing about!
Hope I’ve helped!
Write about what you know. Your experiences. If you do need information on a topic, do some research. But the best writing is personal and comes from the heart. When writing dialouge, pretend it is a conversation with your friends. Don’t think too much about it, just let it flow.
This question is a bit vague, but usually I find that in situations like this in which writers’ work comes off as unrealistic or scripted, it’s because there tends to be a lack of understated detail and lack of subtlety. Your readers should be able to extract a lot from your writing without being told up front what to think and feel and see.
My suggestion is to do some writing exercises that involve describing real-life items that may otherwise be mundane. Start with objects, like a basket of fruit or a plant, and move on to observing people and describing their interactions. Don’t focus on the blatant details that could be vague (like saying “The apple was red”) because this doesn’t exercise your ability to include subtle details that emphasize tone and realism.
After you focus on exercising your ability to include understated details in your writing, revisit the exercises and work some tone into your writing. Certain adjectives or details can evoke positive or negative emotions and when you work them into your writing you can really bring your piece to life, hence remedying that “scripted” feel you are talking about.
If you’d like to update this question with a small excerpt of your writing, we may get a better idea of what exactly in your writing is coming off as scripted or unrealistic.
Reality exists not as you want it to exist but as it actually exists. Keeping this in mind when you write is important so that the story seems real. You as a writer are essentially a hypnotist. This might seem a strange way to say it but a good writer has a way to get you into the writing that you forget everything but the book you are reading. Therefore everything being as logical as it is in the real world is essential. What might help you is to try to choose things to write about that you really are into so you will write passionately. When you write passionately you go the next level of writing proficiency. Keep writing!! Finding your own voice is the key. Finding your own inspiration. In this way you find your soul. And nothing is less scripted than that. And nothing is more real than that.
