What do producers, directors, or studio execs look for in a movie / film editor demo reel?

What was put in and what was kept out. Even thou they will always want to improve your talent if they hire you or take you on as an aprentice.
All the shots and angles are taken into account as well as if they were used at the right time for the right dramatic effect.The editing is obviously very important but not as important as some of the other qualities you need to display.
