How can I write a story about guys and girls on the beach?

Story & Character Development
Friendly Lucille asked:

I want to write a story with about 30 scenes. How can I write something interesting about a group of guys and girls hanging out on the beach without it getting too static and boring? How can I brainstorm material about what they say and do?
Hi, thanks to those who have answered so far. To clarify, it’s not a romance story. I was thinking of something more like characters who are sick b4stards like in Kids or Bully.

How could I illustrate a story being told by one of the characters in the main story already?

I am illustrating a children’s book and one of the characters is telling a story. How could I illustrate it? It is important because it holds the lesson that the main character is learning and the story that the character is telling is about 1/3 of the book.

How could I illustrate a story being told by one of the characters in the main story already?

Should I play a good portion of the story out in my head before I start to write?

Story & Character Development
:) asked:

I’ve been planning on writing a story for a little while now, I’ve gotten to know my characters and I’ve got the basic idea of what’s going to happen. I think I’ve figured out how I want to start the story, but would it be better for me to wait a while and see what happens in my head before I actually start to write?

What’s the story behind the curse of the cubs caused by a billy goat?

I never understood exactly what the billy goat had to do with cursing the Chicago Cubs for 100 Years. If anyone knows the story, please feel free to answer.
